Pajam is directly accessible via the Kajang-Seremban Highway (LEKAS) through the Pajam Interchange. The LEKAS Expressway is designed to pass through Pajam, and users from areas like Kuala Lumpur or Seremban can exit at the Pajam Interchange to reach their destination. 

Pajam is also reachable via PLUS Expressway E2, exit 214.

Pajam is a town that falls under the administration of the former Majlis Perbandaran Nilai, which also covered Mantin and other areas in the Seremban district, but it can also be associated with Mantin in property listings and geographical contexts.
